Its quite normal too much hype is spread over penis size~~

The average circumference of a penis is near 5 inches or 127 mm around.
However you are still rather young it may grow yet. Men tend to develop later than women anyway. 4.5 is a little on the small side however don't worry about it. In the end the size of the penis is not what makes or breaks relationships.

Let me tell you from experience...I've been with a guy who had every bit of 9'' not only was it not good but pain full. I am happy to say the man I am with has a little more than 5'' but he knows just how to work it. I liked it so much I married him. Its not the size it's how you use it!!!!!!

The average length of a penis is about 5/6 inches so you aren't that much under average. Most guys will lie about there penis size - they will! My partner told me 8 inches-wrong! 6 inches barely!
Also girls do not care about length (only shallow girls) it's about girth and what you do with it. Don't worry about it too much.

How tall are you? 5'6 I think you are O.K. If your 6'4, then it seems short.
Keep in mind that a woman's vagina is not that deep. Therefore, you should be just fine.

grow up and deal with what you got, cant change it they are all the same when they are up, if your that worried about girls laughing just get half a chubby before she see's.
