I must be really either hungry or just craving chocolate cake.
My best filling is caremal (cooked condensed Milk) with a topping of icing sugar prepared with some strong coffee and lots of cream and butter.
Nice but fatning.
Give me some ideas.

Ooo! Your filling sounds splendid. I also love like custard fillings or bostom cream pie filling. YUM! I wish I could have a giant bostom cream pie donut/cake. No but yours sounds really good too, I like caramel too.
