It's called murder. If you know someone like this then you should report them!
They are mad that life delt them a bad hand so they want to take as many people down with them as they can.
That's why everyone should be wearing a condom.

Because they are selfish pigs and angry at the world and themselves for allowing that to happen to themselves so he is going around trying to infect as many women/men as possible trying to get back at the world. It is against the law in Australia to not tell your sexual partner of your status and i am pretty sure it is the same in most other countries.
No-one deserves to be infected by such a devastating illness and I feel sorry for anyone who has been especially those who have been lied to or raped. Maybe one day if those infected can keep their pants on the disease may be wiped out or mordern medicine will find a cure,

In the USA, they could go to jail because they are actually committing a crime. Someone with AIDS can cause another person's death.

Some of them do, but it is a terrible thing, and I believe it is also illegal if they knowingly expose someone to it with no warning.
