I don't drink much water and I keep saying I will drink 6-8 glasses a day but I never follow through. I drink alot of Pepsi and I also told myself I would just have one glass of that a day as a treat.... didn't stick to that either. I think my tiredness, digestive problems and bad skin are due to me not drinking enough water. I would like to know what the benefits are to drinking about 6-8 glasses a day. Will my sluggish tiredness go away and will my digestive tract be alot better... also will my skin start to look better.

I really gotta try to do this! I think it will make me feel 100% better. Any info is appreciated... thankyou :)

Get a six pack of 16 ounce water bottles and keep them in the fridge. As you use them refill them from the tap. I always carry one or two with me in a small cooler bag.

We started this 8 to 10 years ago. Now we are water addicts. We put a squeeze of lemon juice in one or two bottles a day and interestingly enough it takes care of acid reflux. We drink all 6 every day.

Our body needs a lot of water to keep it working correctly.

Yes you will start to feel better and look better. Stop all of the junk food also. Just taper off the sweets. Go sugar free, drink the water and flavored waters.

The sodas (regular with sugar) have 1/3 of a cup of sugar in every can.

Good Luck.

You will see a noticeable difference in all 3 of those things if you start drinking water. Even if its just a few classes a day! Your tired because of the caffeine in the soda. Your caffeine levels are constantly going up and down, up and down from all the soda. The carbonation is whats causing your digestive problems, not to mention all the artificial sweeteners and other nasty things they put in soda. The sugar is what is causing your bad skin. Even if you start off drinking 1/2 the amount of soda your drinking now, and substitute the rest with water. Believe it or not, soda can be addicting. So you will probably be even more tired, and stressed at first. But once you start drinking water, you wont even want the soda. Something that helps me is that I buy cases of bottled water. I paid for it, so then I have to drink it. I'm not going to waste something I bought! The point is. STOP. DRINKING. SODA. Its bad for you.

yes you definently need to drink more fluids if water is so hard try juice or gatorade. pop just dehydrates you more! it will make you feel a ton better if you cut down on pop and up your other fluids! they also have flavored waters now that help with taste if that is a problem
