How do you get a task bar from the top,?

DD was messing around and it when't to the top I tried everything to get it back to the bottom.
Can someone tell me how?

Right click on the taskbar and make sure in the menu that "Lock Taskbar" is NOT checked.

Then do a normal click on the bar, hold down the mouse button, and drag the bar back to the bottom (or wherever you want it).

Once there, you can right-click and check the "Lock Taskbar". That will make it impossible to move it in the future unless you first uncheck the "lock". Helps to prevent accidental moves of the bar.

Place your cursor on the Task Bar, Hold down Left Click button of your mouse, and drag it to the bottom or side whichever you prefer.
