Some man is not happy with his SPLIT with his girl friend.Because of it ,in a party,he plays the AUDIO record of their private sex related conversations which they did while they were in relationship very loudly & makes fun of it with his group of friends.
Lady was not present in the party but some one informs her about it.
How can such deed of her ex boyfriend be made punishable by law?

This amounts to offence under section 509 of Indian Penal Code for word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman
Whoever, intending to insult the modesty of any woman, utters any word, makes any sound or gesture, or exhibits any object, intending that such word or sound shall be heard, of that such gesture or object shall be seen, by such woman, or intrudes upon the privacy of such woman, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.

In india there is law which makes this an offence and punishable. I do not know the American or european law sufficiently to comment whether it is punishable.
