You need an add-on XM tuner box made to work with Pioneer radios. Pioneer's current model is GEX-P920XM.

Alternately, you could purchase Terk's universal XM tuner: http://www.amazon.com/Terk-Satellite-Radio-Direct-Universal/dp/B0002J2IMW and use a separate adapter unit to use it with your Pioneer head unit: http://www.amazon.com/Terk-Satellite-Pioneer-Digital-Adapter/dp/B000A3ZW9G/ref=acc_glance_ce_ai_2/002-5819497-9868041 . However, I've seen problems using the Terk unit with Pioneer radios, so you're probably better off with the tuner made by Pioneer.
