I find it hard to believe that anything he did in his life was even remotely related to the teachings of Jesus..

He Is Evil, Evil To Christanity And All Religions I Will Tell You Why:
Number 1 Rule As A Christian Or Whatever Religion U Choose, U Never Mix Religion And Politics Together I Dont Care What U Believe, Thats What Fuels These Hates Among People, Trying To Convert People Going Against The Rules Of Principles And Morals. Always Trying To Change The Rules And Regulations For Your Own Benefits, Never Is Forgiving. Its How U Pollute And Pervert Ppl's Minds And Cause Them To Be Confused And Lost.

A guy who's heart may have been in the right place, but his mind just lost contact with reality.
You know, a lot of people subscribe to the idea that moderation in ALL things is a good idea; why not moderation in religion?
At some point, you become so totally absorbed and engrossed in it that you have to explain EVERYTHING that happens in terms of Biblical scripture.
There are entire websites dedicated to the insane quotes of men like Falwell and Robertson.

As long as we are stuck in good and evil and judging others compared to ourselves, we will not see the truth of who and what we are. I know that sounds like gobbledegook, but it's the truth. The only positive work we can do is to first correct all the errors in our own minds, then we will be able to see clearly what is going on in the world. And it aint what you might think it is!

I don't know good/evil... probably a little of both, but I don't know his heart (can't see it) so can't judge... I didn't know him all that well but I too am sorry for anyone's loss there with him.
Condolence/Congrats- as he was a believer I was told.

I think he was a strong man of God that had a backbone, only god can judge him. As the saying always goes the truth hurts, and I am glad that there are people out there that don't sugar coat things they just give it to you straight, I am sure he is in heaven with many rewards to lay at Jesus' feet. I can't wait to join him.

He was horribly confused, which resulted from internal conflicts between primitive superstitious religious beliefs and internal perverse sexual deviations characterized by his famous public sexual obsession with teletubbies. This resulted in an internal self hatred which he redirected outwards towards others.

I don't know if he was or not but now he's standing before God so God can be His judge. I'm praying for his family and friends that God will comfort them for their loss.

He was a mortal man....nothing more nothing less.......evil? I believe he had his own devil inside him churning out hate. His issues and agendas made him a loser as far as I am concerned. Close to God? oh, yeah, his left hand holding the Bible his right hand held out for cash........

I was never a follower of him, but one thing I admired about him he never compromised God's word to be politically correct.
this made many hate him, and made many admire & love him.

It is not our job to judge him! Only God can do that! Jesus said "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone" Be careful of the stones that you throw! (these stone's are metaphoric of course) He just died! One does not have to be a christian to respect his family in there loss! Please! Lets remember that this man has family who are grieving for him!
