A mobile bar is meant for short term use and it's mostly for catering or carnivals. They are no comparison to a regular bar as the selection of beverage is a fraction of what any bar or pub would offer.
e.g. most mobile bar will not offer draft beer or blender drinks or coffee drinks.
But for what they do offer, there is not much difference in quality.
i.e. A gin & tonic or rum & coke is about the same at both types of bars.

To my knowledge, yes. It has a small place for ice, and speed rails for basic liquors and mixers. Usually no refrigeration and no storage. So anyone working one usually has a cooler behind them. It's definitely not all inclusive.
