well as you all know i wonted 2 see another phsyio for my back ! i explain the other physio said it was a disc moved a bit and sat on nerve, the excerise were wrong ,the new pysio i saw and beleive her more as she been a pysio for 20years, said sounds like it not a sliped disc as u wont get better u wil get worse what a relife ,. she had a look at my back it is my spine at bottom just wear i have been pushin a wheelchair as i gather from what she said it has kind of lock into a bend forward postion, that is 5percent prob the main prob start but what im getin 95percenr pain from is the stiff ness and mucles around it, she said im promise u it not a slip disc as i keep askin in shock ?but just no it my spine, but she said do do excersie as other physio said not to1 so she gave me a massarge much better got new proper excerise`s make me better got to swim and do beginers yoga . will and shouyld get better if i take it slow, any probs i go bk but she finks i dont have 2 go.

hi hs dont no how to chat to people on here privatley , thanx hun wel yes keep doin excerise i glad u will get better i had pain in leg too! less it that and not slip disc as we kan get better when we adres the prob and not worse, my heart goes out to every 1 ho has a sliped or trap nerev

I'm glad you got another opinion and saw some results from the other therapist. You may want to get a massage on a weekly basis. It really helps remove the pain. I like the exercise program that's been outlined for you. Take it slow and easy, one day at a time. In a few months you're going to feel much better. Good going.

So glad you seem to be getting help.

I have problems with my back - have had for years, but it took it turning into sciatica for me to see physio!

I have same prob - bottom of spine in wrong position, need to get things moving again, and retrain body in new psture - takes a while, but feeling better than I was few weeks ago!

Good Luck, hope you fully mobile again soon.
