I just loooove Srishti's answer!! Engineers are notorious for delivering late....More so than Couriers....

From my own experience:
It is never wrong to have an engineering education. Even if you end up in a commercial job (sales, customer service, etc...) it is extremely useful if you actually know what you are talking about, and customers appreciate that, too...
