This was a complete scam. Loads of peoploe have received these e-mails and you should delete them straight away. I suspect that you didn't enter the lottery did you. Sorry but I reckon there's pretty much no chance of getting your money back.

this gained't have come from the British nationwide Lottery. you've been scammed and ripped off. Your money is lengthy gone. The lottery has no longer some thing to do with Yahoo - both companies are completely seperate, and official. regrettably, the guy who contacted you became no longer. I dont want to be glaring, yet did you unquestionably purchase a lottery value ticket? If no longer, then i imagine you've been very naieve and could take this as a lesson in fraud. I do sympathise, yet with slightly of success you've learnt the demanding way. ultimately, the fee to move a cheque to a overseas currencies and account might want to be abouth £12. The lottery might want to point you on the thanks to sparkling the cheque in case you had gained. you should declare, they dont contact you!

oh my god, did you really pay? well i recieved an email like that too, and it claimed that i had won 1000,000$, they also send me charges of a 1900$ payment for what they called courier service and legal documents transfer. however before coming to any decision about whether to pay or not, i checked the net, and guess what, this is a designed rip off scheme, people in england ie.con artists in england send these mails take in your money and give nothing in return.
to actually win the lottery you have to BUY a ticket, you can't win it for free.
I'm sorry you've lost your money, but i think you should have checked out the site or web page of the brit lottery.

It's a scam it's a scam it's a scam it's a scam!! For God's sake is everyone in the world this thick?!
That's 3000 euros you'll never see again, mate. No one, absolutely no one, asks for cash to send you a LEGITIMATE prize, and why would anyone who you've won cash from need cash to send you a bloody cheque?
You're a conman's wet dream, mon amis.
Sadly I can't remember the French for 'you fool' but since your English is ok, you should get it anyway.

It's a scam. If you won the lottery you would not have to pay anything in advance (except the cost of the ticket)
