That question doesnt make sense, you don't get doses of REM, if you are asking how many times one experiences REM in a year you need to rephrase your question. REM occurs naturally when we are in the deepest part of sleep.

What? I didn't know there was a limit. What is a dose of REM? It is just happens when you sleep, and dream, about a dozen times per night.
