"Cherapunji" a small town in the Kshi Hills, of North East Indias Meghalaya has been recording the highest rainfall for a year for qte some time. Mowsynram, a neighbouring town recorded the highest rainfal only for around 8 years till 2005. Now again it is cherapunji.
