my mum and dad went to the same nursery, school and drama classes when they were kids. Both my sets of grandparents were really close before my parents hooked up, which i always thought was really cool,
but its all gone sour now they divorced, but myself and my partner are really great friends with a couple who live nearby and our son has attended the same pre-school and is in the same primary school class as thier cute little girl...is history repeating itself lol

hopefully it wont go sour like my parents..

I was a merchant seaman and without a girl friend, When on leave I decided to make a play for a girl I had known and sat beside at infant school. I went to the local church youth club to see if she was there and she was! A group of teenagers were playing cards with the curate and there was the girl I wanted to meet and her friend sitting cheating the curate. Eventually the friend and I married and had 47 years of happily married life until she took ill and died. I never saw the old school chum again.

My Mom and Dad met in London during WW2. She was in the RAF as an ambulance driver. Believe it or not but they gave them a ration of rum. They were on the tube and Dad sat next to her and she offered him some rum. They eventually married and Mom came to the USA. They were married 50 years and had 15 children. I miss them every day.

My parents met when my father walked another girl home from school. They walked by my mother's house and my father saw her outside and she caught his eye but he didn't know who she was. One day at school he saw her and he ran up to her and didn't know what to say so he knocked her books out of her arms and made her late for class. A couple of years later they got married and they were married for 33 years when my father died.

My mum and dad met at ballroom dancing classes. Apparently (according to my mum) my dad was considered quite a catch in those days. Its sad to think of that and then see how much they detest each other nowadays though.
