Most days I have green tea, it helps kick start the metabolism and doesn't give you a caffeine high. Either that or I'll have some water. On the odd occasion a nice mango lassi goes down well. Just chuck tinned mango with the syrup into a blender, add natural yoghurt with a splash of milk and some ice cubes and whizz. Mmmmmmmm... :)
