We are born again to COMMIT SINS ONCE AGAIN. But now Jesus is not there to die again. So we should be careful. However we are born again again due to our parents- Lol.

BORN AGAIN means - The Living Church of God (LCG) is the second largest church group formed by followers of the teachings of the late Herbert W. Armstrong. It was formed as a series of major doctrinal changes were introduced in the Worldwide Church of God (WCG, originally incorporated as the Radio Church of God) in the 1990s. The leader of the Living Church of God, called the presiding evangelist, is Roderick C. Meredith. Meredith had been a high ranking evangelist in the WCG since 1952.

According to Herbert W. Armstrong, the church was to be governed "from the top down." He created a structure of ranks in the WCG ministry that allowed for progressive increases in responsibility and salary, including deacon (unpaid, nonministerial); local elder; preaching elder; pastor; regional administrator, and others. "Evangelist" was the highest rank attainable except for the title of "Apostle," given to Armstrong.

After Herbert Armstrong died in 1986, the Worldwide Church of God immediately began to change many of its historic and core doctrines (including the key teaching that the seventh-day Sabbath is holy and set aside for worship). These changes continued until the WCG became a typical "mainstream" Sunday-keeping Protestant church.

Meantime, members who did not wish to accept the changes in the faith left the church and joined together in diverse groups, usually according to their proximate geography as well as teachings. Many of these small groups incorporated as churches and then split again over wranglings that ranged from suspected ministerial dereliction of duty to board members who ran off with church funds to start their own church. When Global CoG and later United CoG formed, many former members of the WCG gravitated to the familiar beliefs.

When we acknowledge that Jesus died for our sins and ask Him to forgive our sins we are on our way to becoming born again. We need to believe that Jesus is the Messiah, was born to a virgin, lived as a man, was tortured and crucified for our sins, died, rose on the 3rd day and is in Heaven on the right hand of God and is the Son of God. If you believe those things, ask Christ to come into your heart and forgive your sins and choose to live your life in the way that Christ taught in the New Testament then you are born again.

Jesus died on the cross that our sins "may be forgiven",It was not a blanket covering, only for those who are "born again".
" Born Again" refers to being "born of the Spirit of God "
This can only happen when you admit you have sinned in the sight of God, Be deeply sorry for your sin and be willing to turn from every thought, action, word and habit that you know to be wrong. Jesus waits outside the door of your life,He wants to be asked in,the handle is on the inside, only you can open the door. You become a true Christian when you open the door of your life to Jesus and let Him come in and live in your heart and your life.

Because while Christ died for sins, it is the individuals' choice to accept this. An analogy for this would be a doctor creating a cure for a fatal disease. While the cure is created, it is the infected individuals' choice whether or not to accept the cure.

To be born again is a term describing life after using the cure. As its the name implies, it is much like having a new life.

He paid the penalty for sin. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. Remission means that the payment was made and accepted; our sin is gone forever. Forgiveness by itself means that sin is overlooked. God can't overlook sin. The blood of Jesus made the way for God to forgive our sin because Jesus paid the price of sin, death.

Being born again of the Spirit of God means that God calls those whom he chose from the foundation of the world out from the world and justifies them by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ. No one can call Jesus Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. When we are born of his Spirit we are quickened, made alive spiritually, born again and given power to repent and believe.

Jesus died for your sins yes.

but the Bible says, confess with your mouth, and believe in your heart.

you got to acknowledge and receive Jesus into your life.

i mean if i give you something, that something will always be just a something, if you don't receive it right?

born again, means a new life, a new creation, a new being. after you receive Jesus, you die to your own desires, and a new being is borned, in the spiritual sense.

so by right, when you are born again, certain bad habits should go away naturally, by the power of the resurrection of Christ

the being "born again" means to live your life differently. Jesus died for our sins, but that doesn't mean we should continue to live our lives the same way. The moment you believe he died for your sins it is time for you to live you life the way bible outlined for u to... in the model of jesus.

You are a spirit (look just like your body), you have a soul (second mind) and live in a body.

When Adam committed High Treason (ate from tree) he messed up his spirit and GOD had to leave to keep from Hurting Adam.
(messed up spirits cant' handle the Power of GOD, thats why GOD can't let you go into Heaven).

Adam passed this messed up spirit to everybody else.
Gotta get that spirit RECREATED.
That is what getting saved (Born-Again) is all about.
Jesus is the Only One Who can Recreate it for you, and HE has to have your Permission to do it (freewill, GOD respects your freewill).

religions cannot recreate you.
Doing good (and we all should) can't recreate you (a spirit, living in a body).

GOD is not mad at anybody but you gotta be Born-Again to go to Heaven.
GOD has to have your Permission to Receate you.
Hope this helps.
Ditto...........

You need to apply the blood of Jesus Christ to your life. You do this by obedience to Acts 2:38
