It sounds like you're really stressed. That's probably what's causing your headaches. Talk to a doctor and see if you can get a prescription to help you get through. And good luck on your exams.
Sorry but incense will make a migraine worse. I know from experience.

The tension is probably a great deal of the problem but some of it could be from eyestrain, too. After you have studied for 45 minutes or so, take a break. Turn the radio on to some soft music and close your eyes and relax them ~ and put an icepack over your eyes while you relax. In about 15 minutes, get up and study a bit more.
Good luck on your tests ~ hope you can get the headaches under control :)

whoa there, tiger! you're not superman, you know. you're really stressed from the pressure of getting good grades. that's undersatndable but don't let it get to you much.
try to do something totally different from studying. relax your mind. sleep. take a walk in the park or the beach. spend a day of no studying. refresh yourself. then, after that day, study for a few hours. study the really easy ones to build up your confidence (when you can answer them). relax for a few minutes. then study another subject again. don't study nonstop, that would tire your mind. endless reading can be boring too you know. close your eyes for a few minutes.
then, sleep early the night before the exams. and don't forget to pray for guidance during the exams.
You'll be fine. Don't stress yourself out. Don't worry too much, you'll see everything will turn out for the better. You can do it. I know you can. do your best and God will do the rest.
God bless... and if you have the time, tell me how your exam went. (",)v peace out!!!

Firstly, try to relax yourself.
Find something to do rather than sitting in front of the table.
Do some activities that is healthy.
Go out for some fresh air!
June is near but it seems that still have time!
Sleep well, regular sleep time, no overnight, no burning mid-night oil!!!!
eat healthy and drink more water.
don not put too much stress on yourself.
if really is terrible headache i think it is good to pay a visit to the doctor so can find out the real reason for it!

Only a Dr. would be able to diagnose you but it sounds like it could certainly be either or a combination of both. I had similar symptoms and I went to a Neurologist and was already seeing a Psychiatrist when he prescribed Topomax and it has relieved my headaches as it helps prevent them and my Psychiatrist says it could help with depression also and I have noticed a slight difference. I would suggest going to a Dr. you feel comfortable with. I am sure he/she will give you something to help you. Good luck on your exams~

Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at
