My church doesn't teach the rapture, so I don't know what happens to anyone should the rapture occur.

We do teach that babies are born innocent and are free of sin, so if the end of the world were to come and there were to be judgment they would be spared and would have no sins to be forgiven.

I grew up in a church which accepted the concept of original sin (which is not presented at all in scriptures) and they felt by baptizing babies as infants they were freeing them of the sins they inherited.

I like the idea of innocent babies better.

when you study the bible it really helps to keep text IN CONTEXT, in Luke where we get that ONE verse and not read the rest around it, in Luke 17:26-27 we read about Noah [No-e same name] then it jumps to Sodom, then it talks about that one verse where one taken and one left BUT THEN it says taken where and JESUS SAID, in verse 37 that they WERE TAKEN "IN DEATH" and IT DID "NOT" SAY that the one taken or the one left DID NOT KNOW that they were either taken or left AND IT DID "NOT" Say anything about it being a secret, notice the LOUDEST verse in all the bible in
1 Thess. 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
4:17 Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Any child or person (mentally disabled) that are here during the rapture will go to heaven. It states this in the Bible because they do not know right from wrong and are unable to choose.
