Are you serious?!!! Well, if you are, it's her 1st litter, she will get back in shape after the pups have left "the nest" so to speak, Just give her plenty of excercise.

Why are you worried about her tummy being tight? She's not a beauty pageant queen, she's a dog. Feed her well during the pregnancy. Make sure she is wormed (this is important). Make sure she has her shots. Take good care of her. And have her spayed after her mammary glands go down about 3-4 mo after she has the puppies.
She will give birth about 9 weeks after she was bred. It will take up to 18 hours from the first puppy to the last. If she pushes with no puppy for over an hour and a half see a vet.

It will return to normal a few months after she has the litter. Just keep her in shape, but so soon after puppies you don't want to push her to do more exercise than she wants, just give her the opportunity. A good way to do it is to take her to a park or somewhere that she can run around, but can also stop when she is tired. A run on a leash isn't a good idea after giving birth because even if she is overly tired she will feel like she has to keep going to follow you.

There isn't a thing you can do about it. Except take her on walks and give her time to run. Feed her healthy and she will bounce back fine. I had a female who gave birth to several litters and she always looked great afterwards

Yes.
It's called Spay your dog after she has her litter, so that she does not have another. The more litters, the larger chance her "belly," will never be...flat. Not to mention how utterly stressful it is on her entire body to have puppies.

Well what is her natural character like? some dogs prefer the natural look and are quite comfy w/motherhood
However note when and if she likes cosmetic commercials or enjoys watching exercise programs w/you. Then it's apparent she'd opt for a tummy tuck, or sit ups crunches with you to get in shape again
