Your husbands stepmother will receive an itemised bill from the telephone company, if you have the time and date ,you can check this against her bill.
If she wont show it to prove her innocence .I would suggest you have your culprit.
good luck

Has all of the signs of him having an affair. Going through a similiar trouble. I also observed the changes in him in the direction of me. Defensive, elusive and really mysterious and outburst. Looking to select a fight about whatever and everything. You intestine intuition notices that there's anything mistaken. He's not going to inform you to your face he is having an affair although you put the evidence proper in front of him. It sounds as if is their new development they've the balls to go available in the market and cheat but they shouldn't have the balls to claim sure i'm when you confront them. I believe the cellphone enterprise will most effective furnish you with copies of the text messages provided that they is a subpoena received. Get a legal professional to help you in that. As much as it hurts you will have got to take delivery of the merciless truth that your marriage is over and you are going to have to move on. Don't worry what goes around comes round he'll have his day you will see. Just right success

As far as I know it is not possible to discover the number of a 'number withheld' call.

However, it is now possible to automatically block all calls from 'number withheld' callers (what BT call 'Anonymous Call Reject'. You can also block calls from specific numbers (BT = 'Choose to Refuse'). Unfortunately BT now charges for these services (used to be free) - if the calls are really upsetting it might be worth paying the cost (about £3 to 4 per month).

A blanket ban on all 'withheld' callers has the advantage that it will block almost all tele-marketing 'cold callers' (such as 'double glazing sales' etc.) - 'Unknown' callers (eg. from Mobile phones or outside UK) will still get through.

The only drawback is that some institutions (eg. Banks) automatically withhold their numbers (because they want to to call back on their 'National (i.e. expensive) Rate' number) - however this is only an issue if you expect you bank to call you (unlikely these days :-) )

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.

Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

If they've blocked it & it was threatening you can get the poilice involved. Caller ID does it if they don't have their number blocked or if it was the last call made you can call *69 & they'll give you the number. Then if you don't know her number do a reverse directory look up.

W/o knowing more that's about all I can tell you.

i doubt you can trace it, usually you can only trace a call after the telephone provider puts a trace on the line, worth phoning your provider to find out though

My best bet is to call the operator.
