Ultram is not a narcotic and should not show up as one. If taking a drug test you should always tell them what meds you're on in advance. They should ask you if you're taking anything.

Opiods are placed into three classifications according to potency. Ultram is a type one, meaning the least powerful. So, if any of them won't show up, it would be one like Ultram. But it could depend on the nature of the test.
