Textkit has lots of free and fully downloadable Greek and Latin grammars and readers. They have an online forum and online study groups you can join.

Go to --- http://www.polyglot-learn-language.com --- there you will be able to find some people, who will be ready to help you with Latin or any other language you are interested in, but you should teach them the language you know, in return.

I think, this is a very nice way to learn a language, besides they may give you some interesting links.
