I had a tooth that was bothering me, when i chewed on it, thought
I would have to go to the dentist to get it pulled, but the tooth stopped bothering me, after about a month. did I get healed?

Depends on the situation. May be you had an absessed or infected tooth that healed, you should still see a dentist, tooth aches are usually a sign of a problem, see the dentist because dental health is extreemely important for your future wellbeing.

I'm not sure if "healed" is the correct word. My dentist had me start using Pro-Namel toothpaste. It has a higher concentration of fluoride and apparently it can actually fill in porous teeth. I'll know next year if it works. Note: it's terribly expensive....almost $13 per small tube!

A tooth can never and will never heal itself. It is just temporary that you are out of pain. So, you may still want to check in with your dentist to avoid the pain coming back, possibly stronger.

IT'S ONLY SPECULATION AS TO WHAT CAUSED THE PAIN. I WOULD VISIT THE DENTIST ANYWAY JUST TO MAKE SURE ALL IS STILL OK.
