find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First of all, it is hard to get motivated, but if you keep in mind the benefits of making it a priority, it wil make it easier to stay motivated. Fitness will make you feel good on the inside, which will make you feel better overall. As you lost weight you'll start to look better - but don't set unreasonable expectations - it won't happen over night.
What can happen overnight is feeling good that you've taken the time to exercise. That feeling should motivate you to your next workout, and so on. After a while it will become routine. Be patient, and don't overdo it at first. You can't go from being completely lethargic to exercising 2 hours / day for 7 days / week. Build into it. Also, find a good trainer.
My favorite form of motivation is finding a local walk or run that you can set your sights on. Having a finish line to work toward - even if you're not racing, but rather just walking, is a great motivator.
Also, don't use limited time as an excuse. I work over 60 hours / week, as do many people I know, and everyone makes time to work out. You just need to make it a priority.
Finally, be sure to change your diet so that you're eating the right food. Fast food and sweets don't cut it, and they will not give you the energy needed to exercise. If you eat right, you'll feel good because you're taking care of yourself, and you'll also have the energy to exercise.
I wish you the best of luck!

How on earth can someone who doesn't eat lunch and works 10 hrs a day be 100 lbs overweight? YOu must sure eat alot in the morning before work and in the evening after work. Thats probably the problem. You are so hungry at night you eat too much. No employer can deny you a lunch break. Thats illegal....take a lunch break and eat something good, like a Subway sandwich , no chips, and drink water or diet soda. And then you won't be so hungry when you get home. And try and eat some fruit in the AM...apples, bananas, oranges, etc. Good Luck

10 hr days are still very doing to work out with. The reason you don't feel motivated is because you have no energy. You need to work out to boost your levels. I work 12 hr shifts (if not more), 6 days a week with one day off. I usually run about 5 am, shower, work from 0630 to 1830. Go the gym to lift on my way home, then eat a sensible dinner. I do this 3x a week and it works out just fine. Change your eating habits and drink a lot of water. You will feel better in about a week or two and then you be craving working out. Good luck
BTW I'm married with 2 kids and my wife works also. We just alternate the days we work out.
