find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

find foods that are healthy and then choose the one's that you like. if you don't like the food you eat then your not gonna enjoy eating healthy. Try a variety of food to keep it interesting. Find tasty, yet healthy substitutes for your favorite foods. And maybe once a week endulge in a chocolate bar as a reward for your dilligence in dieting.

Meat and fruit diet's supposed to work pretty well... fruits have natural sugar... I know whenever I get a craving for sweets or pop I drink like a gallon of water.... Fills me up and quenches my thirst

I love to make homemade soup. Go to the store, buy some boxes of Lipton dry Chicken soup. Cook it according to the instructions. Buy a couple of bags of your favorite frozen veggies. Steam them, add to the soup and add a can of chicken meat if you want to. This big pot of soup will last a couple of days and really fills you up.

Well, i heart jenny craig. Hah, jk. I love chocolate, too, but drink a glass of water before you eat, it really fills you up more. There are also really good protien bars that are healthy. Good luck♥
