no, because you`re going to irritate the piercing...u are supposed to wait at least 6-8 weeks, maybe longer, til it`s fully healed...

I don't have my nose pierced, but I have pierced ears. After piercing, they say not to remove the earrings for 6 weeks. I would think the same applies to the nose too.
Why not wait to get your nose pierced if you cannot properly let it heal? You're still in school - you might feel differently in 6 months. You may end up with a scar if you should change your mind later, say in college or when you start to work. Make sure you want to do this before you do.

If you do get it done you could use a retainer. It's basically a clear plastic ring/stud that keeps the piercing open. Piercings heal from the outside in and it may appear to be healed when it's really not. The inside tissue will still be very fragile. Be patient and make sure to clean your piercing everyday. I did a quick search and found this retainer: http://www.mspiercing.com/product/clear-nose-screw-nostril-retainer-cone-1588.aspx?ref=25
Piercings can close within minutes after being removed, it varies from person to person and it usually takes about 2 months to fully heal.

No, you can't change it that quickly without issues.
Get it pierced with a quartz retainer, they're fine to use for initial piercings and you can leave it in for the full 10 weeks.

your supposed to wait a few months, and if you take out the ring when you barely pierce it the whole closes.

nope, it'll hurt really bad to get back in, because the hole will begin to close. just wait til you have 6 weeks or so and then change it to a clear retainer.
