Hinduism is the oldest ORGANIZED religion. However, there are older things than that. Just not organized. Paganism and Tradition Witchcraft for one.

Paganism by a wide margin is the oldest religion.
Someone wrote atheism but by definition of the word religion, atheism does not qualify as such.

Christianity.
The Bible traces man's history all the way back to the very first man and woman. You can't get a religion older that the one which the very first people ever observed.
Religion is merely the practice of relationship with God. Since God reveals Himself in the Bible, and tells us how it was, we know that His "religion" was the first and only true religion, of which all others are perverted offshoots. When Christ actually appeared on the scene 2000 years ago, He said concerning all the Old Testament, "These are the Scriptures that testify about me" (John 5:39).
Since Jesus Christ is God incarnate, and God revealed everything about our origin and about Himself in the Bible (of which Christ was the focus) then Christianity is, ipso facto, the oldest religion on earth.

The faith of Egypt, so far, (3500 b.c.), but I have run across another faith which I am researching which "may" have been "older" in the area of the Nile Valley, (4000 b.c. to 7000 b.c.) which may have come from an island in the Mediterranean.
