1) HE would look for the cheapest item he needed... Even if it is $1 difference, he will take the cheaper 1. What worse is, he still ask for DISCOUNT... Felt embarrass to be beside him when he is asking for discount... He won't mind going round the mall for hours...
2) Play only ONLINE game... Otherwise will be borrowed games from us... Not even PIRATED games is bought...
3) Expect FREE items such as burned CDs/DVDs which we bought [Original]...
4) Only buy CDs/DVDs when there it is during the DISCOUNT period...
5) We treat him is ok, but want a treat from him is very DIFFICULT...
So is there any ways to make he better? Like get some treat from him when we burned songs/DVDs for him, Lend him games to play...

It's very difficult to change someone character. I have a colleague who will ask us for "fare" to top up petrol for his car whenever he drove us out for lunch. And he was the one who suggested to go out for lunch.
We just take as a "joke" to laugh about when he is not around. Unless he/she is someone very important or someone you care, if not, why bother to change someone?

I don't know what makes some people so stingy. They are not very mature. You do not need to be making copies of things for him free. On the other hand, buy him a nice gift once in a while as a surprise to show how generous you are. It's got to be a surprise, not something he has asked for.
