All she has to do is make one phone call and claim harasment or WANT EVER she wants.

I know a friend with a felony case against him just because his ex wife pickup up the phone called 911 and said she felt uncomfortable around him and felt in dangered. The state picked it up from there.
She wanted to have an upper hand in their current divorce case. and its worked.

It sucks dude I know how shitty it feels when you still think about them like crazy but they just dont care. Well let me tell you this it may not get better soon, its gonna hurt for a long time. I feel absolutely terrible about the fact that you sit next to her. But the best thing to do is just forget about her I know its almost impossible because you sit next to her but you gotta try. Get rid of pictures delete her phone number anything you can out of site out of mind. The next step is to get back on the horse, start dating again take the first thing that comes along and just be a player for a while dont be scared to date a girl and ditch her for something different a couple days later just keep going till you find somethin your happy with again. Dont let her see you suffer, and by all means do not speak to her. Do not be her freind. You have to be a certified asshole dont ever be her freind that only makes it devastating when your her freind and she has a boyfreind, that will crush you and you wont know how to deal with it and then at that point their is no real good advice. So just get back to be outgoing and find some one new soon its the fast track to recovery and it will make you feel better alot quicker. It takes a really long time to get over people that meant alot to you, but try and work the angle on her that your something thats worth having flaunt your new bitches and let her see your doing just fine and maybe shell get jealous and change her mind and want you back try and beat her to finding someone new and youll have the upper hand. And if she does change her mind make her squirm a little bit dont just drop what your doing and go back. Well...considering you see her every day it can be torture if you still love her. Remember you are the most important one in this scenario so mend your heart and move on.You shared some good times I am sure, take the experience cherish it but move on. If it means changing classes or sitting next to someone else do it. The important thing is not to dwell or obsess over this girl you have plenty of time to find another love who will appreciate you.
