Actually, I'd think it'd be kinda cool. After all, she'd be sexy enough to make men want to masturbate to the sound of her voice! And I'd have her all to myself. Besides, it's not like she's doing porno or anything.

Give it some time to see how the relationship goes. If it causes problems, talk to her about it.
If she isn't willing to quit the job, then you need to walk away. Don't force her to do something she doesn't want to. How would that make you feel?
