Nirvana, I agree wholeheartedly. You are completely right in this statement. I am so glad that you brought this up!
I mean there are funny times where those may be appropriate. Jokes, riddles, etc.
When someone is genuinely in need of help, that is just spiteful, hurtful, and inappropriate. It makes me sad to see so many harmful things said, that are sometimes very damaging. I see it on almost every question. Where someone is just spreading their awful hate and spewing irrational negativity and to someone who has come to ask for help.
I really hope that there is more respect shown for humanity on here. It can be a beautiful feeling to have someone care enough to take the time to share their thoughts, opinions, and kindness.
For are who are genuine, you are a blessing on this forum. I am so thankful you are all here.
Blessings

Do Some People Here Post Stupid Questions? And do they lower the tone?
I hate it when people post stupid, throwaway questions, and then expect to be taken seriously.
At least have the intelligence to post a valid question!!
We need to take more care and show more respect for other people - don't you think??

Swimming is astounding for firming. besides the shown fact that dispite what another answerers stated, that's not cardio. that's anerobic. Swimming does no longer burn energy besides as cardiovascular excercises like using a bike or working. besides the shown fact that with the treadmill and bike/circulate coach you will drop pounds at as quickly as, and with swimming you will desire to have astounding tone. As for some recommendations for swimming. in case you prefer extra muscular tone and sense you're able to do it. Do a sequence like this. 4-6 laps freestyle (American circulate slowly) accompanied by way of a million-2 laps with a kickboard or in simple terms kicking then do 10 instruments of a million-2 laps at seventy 5% velocity american circulate slowly finally do a sequence of 8 a million-2 laps seventy 5% velocity alternating between backstroke, breast stroke, american circulate slowly and Butterfly (Butterfly is a magnificent returned workout consultation) Then do 10 instruments a million lap finished sprint stroke of determination. final yet no longer least 4 instruments, 4 laps and you do each and every stroke then do a 4-6 lap cooldown swim. Idealy you will get this all executed in below 2 hours and you have got some astounding tone.

Yes, I agree. Some of the people are so wasted that they even report abuse on good solid informational answers. Those are the ones that don't post sensible answers but thrive on rif-raft. You have to separate the serious questions from the non-serious ones and answer accordingly. Pops

Absolutely. I just posted a reply to someone's question. Gosh, that question was full of so much negativity towards our president and Republicans, baselessly calling them morons and idiots. All I could do was pity him for have such a sad outlook on people. We are all so full of pessimism and nowadays we start to care about others less and think about ourselves more. I think we can slowly start to change themselves, starting with this board. I think we can show respect by just posting decent questions and comments.

I only post stupid answers to ridiculously stupid questions. (however, understand I know when I am posting something stupid/sarcastic and don't believe that I should be taken seriously if I am just bullshitting) Unfortunately thats 90% of stuff here.

Yes, just as some people post stupid questions (I am not referring to yours). Not all questions here warrant a thoughtful response.
Two questions from today: "Do atheists fling and eat their poo in private?" and "Did you know all criminals are atheists?" To those kind of questions I take my two points and move on.
More respect for people.. all people.. yes I agree.

Neither stupid questions nor stupid answers, belong in the `religion` section of YA. The P & S section is the one for such things, there they can become items for fun and jokes and humour, but not in the serious sections.

Um... yes, but a lot of folks post pretty dumb questions, too.... and since it's the questions that one sees first, I imagine the tone is more due to the Qs than the A's, generally.
