For one thing, God is in her conversations. If she's in a circle of folks she doesn't know well, she may not be terribly blatant about it, but among friends she will. Her actions glorify God. In everyday life, glorifying God can be as simple as making sure He has a good reputation among those who know us. You can't separate her from God; she makes you think of Him, too.
Take a look in Galatians 5:22-23. The fruit of the Spirit will be evident in her life and actions. I Cor 13 will also describe her.
If she's married, Proverbs 31 gives a good description of what she'll be like. Other than the Proverbs reference, all my examples are those of any believer shining for Christ. It's not limited to women by any means!

Someone who isnt afraid to talk to the Lord, be honest and tell him whats in her heart, humble herself and let him change her weaknesses. someone who has experienced the love of Jesus and has decided that it is the most important thing for her is to stay close to Him, because He is the source of love and life. Someone who wants to do the Father's will in her life and wants to know Him better and know His will better by reading the word, attending church meetings, worshiping the Lord. Someone who prays for the Lord to change her into being more compassionate, caring more for the people in need, using more the gifts He has given her to bring people to the Kingdom of God, having a Heart like His that wants people to be saved, to be healed, to be delivered from all the bondages Satan is trying to put on their lifes. Someone who prays for the Lord to make her more faithful and more fuitful and more devoted. Someone who wants to be real with the Lord and wants to truely become all these things in her heart, on the inside, more importantly than on the outside.and someone who knows that since she is for Christ, she is ALREADY shining.just believe it.
Isaiah 60:
Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth
and thick darkness is over the peoples,
but the LORD rises upon you
and his glory appears over you.
You are His daughter and you are shining.you are a blessing to everyone around you even without doing anything because the Holy Spirit is in you.

someone whose hero if Jesus and knows her place in this world and longs for the next. dresses modestly buy stylish speaks kindly and doesnt take part in cruel gossip ( face it we all gossip a bit but cruel gossip is unexcuseable) someone who can devote themselves to you and a family 100% and understands her place according to God's law and ways not the ways of N.O.W. who looks at you with the most sincere eyes when she says I love you and talks with confidence to others, can say she's sorry or wrong and believes that Jesus died for her salvation and feels blessed each day no matter the course. nuff said
