i just read that hamlin got rid of several guys on his pit crew.?

they did screw up a couple of times but so did hamlin, i notice that he did'nt call to replace himself for his screwups. how many more races will he be able to blame on other people. the great one's, earnhart, stewart, gordon, johnson, have all had bad pit stops, and came back many times to win. i do not see hamlin ever being anything but another never was . just like kahne.

hamlin is running well and pit stops has costed him a race or two so it might be a good decision as for the kahne comment ,well he won the most races last year hes a great talent in bad cars but will get back your just ignorant to make that comment ,i hope your driver eats the wall every week for your stupidity

I'm going to laugh when this crew does worse than his old one. Or when he screws up on the track. And he will screw up on the track plenty of times this year....it's the nature of the business.

He is not NEARLY established enough as a driver to be slamming his crew the way that he did. He's going to fall into a serious slump in the near future, and he'll be begging for the top 5's that he's whining about today.

Hamlin is starting to lead Nascar in crying the blues.Nothing is ever his fault he's ripped the computer for catching him speeding saying it was his turn for Nascar to pick on him.He's ripped his pit crew and he even cryed when Nascar didnt throw a caution in the last race saying there was debris on the back stretch.In fact the only person Hamlin hasnt ripped is himself.His act is getting old and he's starting to bore me.WA-WA-WA.

I am not a supporter of bashing your team in public and in think he might have done it to upset them enough to perform better but Hamlin didn't want to change the crew he liked the guys he was working with JD Gibbs chose to change the crew Denny wanted them to work it out.

It wasnt just 1 pit stop. Its happened several times this year and last year. If you dont perform you are replaced by someone that will. If Hamlin started wrecking car after car and having poor results he would be replaced too.

He probably shouldnt have called out his crew like he did though. Keep it private and handle it privately.

I liked Hamlin until he started badmouthing his crew. I would give him something to whine about, like a 60 second pit stop next time.

Hamlin's crew was responsible for were he got stuck after the pitted at Darlington. He has to blame someone. He did come back to finish 2nd and that was awesome. What you may not have seen was that with 5 laps to go there was a huge peice of sheet metal on the track and Nascar never called a caution. My friends and I drive down to Darlington about every year and even we seen the huge chunk of sheet metal on the track. Tony Stewart was right Nascar does dictate who they want to win.

yeah i hate to see a driver , no matter who, talk bad about their crew on tv. i would make sure he had a 14 minute stop compared to a 14 second stop.
i like hamlin but i hope he doesn't continue to blame others. he has been running great, especially for a sophomore.

That's why I'm not a Denny Hamlin fan. He whines too much, and when he bad-mouthed his crew... that just showed no class at all. Guess he felt he had to blame his shortcomings on someone.
