It depends on what job you want to have. If you want to become a "field agent" you will need to have at least your bachelors degree in a field that can help in that field, such as a degree in international studies, or world politics, something along those lines. It will also greatly help if you speak an additional language. Some of the languages they really need right now is arabic, chinese, russian, farci, and spanish. Military experience is always a plus.

The CIA is recruiting. It helps if you have a degree and are fluent in a foreign language.

you dont have to be perfect to be in the CIA...go to there website and apply. Dont make yourself sound like God but prove yourself above the rest of the crowd. They want someone to blend in and not stand out when working in the field....

you don't join the CIA the CIA comes to you, you would have to be in the law enforcement of military field, and very very good at what you do. Top of your group. They would come to you after they watched you for a while and seen your numb chuck skills!
