If you conected a ball of aluminum to a 6 or 9 volt batter yould it give a safe shock if touched?

I am recreating the ark of the covenent and i need a quick and cheap way to make the angels on top to safely shock a person... any suggestions?

If you put a ball of aluminum across the battery terminals it would short circuit them and make the aluminum very hot for a short time (until the batteries were exhausted.)

You can not get a shock from that low a voltage. You need to start worrying if you have more than 24 volts.

I had never heard of angels on the ark of the covenant so I am not sure why a re-creation needs them to safely shock anyone..

There would most likely not be a shock, at least not from a off-the-shelf battery under normal conditions.

If you need to ask how, you cannot safely shock a person with homebuilt parts. It is potentially dangerous and most likely unwelcome.
