In Italian is "Sei una ragazza molto attraente" or simply "Sei molto attraente" that's same as "you're very catching". This is the most respecteful way.
There are tons of other more or less derogatory expressions meaning the same and they change depending on the level of behaviour or familiarity , on the context, ect..
They go from the lightest "sei veramente sensuale" thru "sei arrapante" and "sei una fica fantastica" till the heaviest "me lo fai rizzare".

I've taken a few years of french... but I never thought I would actually use it :P
I'm not sure they would refer to some one as a hot chick in french... but I can say
you are one beautiful girl(woman)
vous êtes une belle fille (la femme)
(vooz et oon bell feel (la feemee))
I'm pretty sure that's how you pronounce it... I'm no expert though...
