It is not the tea that helps with the pimples, but the antioxidants found in tea (green tea, more precisely). By the way, iced tea drinks do not count ;-) If you're not a tea drinker then taking Vitamin C (about 1000mg a day) really does help with the skin.

I have never, ever heard this.
No. Get a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide cream and apply LOTS of it to your face. moisturize with a face-moisturizer to stave off flakiness (BP cream dries out your face).
