Hey, squirrel. I'm glad you're hangin around us Christians. We'll help you all we can, cause we know God loves you. Regenerated through being born again, you would be my brother.
You are born into original sin, and you are spiritually dead. God expects your parents to educate you about Him, but if not, you have to find Him when He calls. When you accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, you become spiritually alive, and a citizen of heaven. God wants everyone to come to repentance, and no one to perish. He calls everyone differently. Have you heard His call yet? Here's how:

No. Everyone is born into sin. Therefore you are automatically a sinner. Being born again means that you have accepted Jesus as your Savior and you have asked forgiveness for your sins. So, you have a clean slate because all is forgiven.

I'm somewhat surprised Christianity hasn't devolved into a race to see who can be born again the most times.

All of us are born sinners.
We need to be "Born Again", as Jesus said in John chapter 3.

Believers and Atheists represent to two extremes, when evidence is wieghed and a decision has been made.
Most likely, we are all born agnostics, with no evidence having been displayed, but with the ability and desire to learn, gather evidence, and makethe desision accepting God, or rejecting Him.

Well, to use the terminology, a 'weak atheist', certainly - or if you'd prefer, a 'non-theist'. Certainly we're empty vessels and all the God-stuff just gets filled in - some of us very little, some of us full to the brim, some of us overfloweth...

i can see that you are not that bright but anyways, born again means that you are not a sinner anymore. before you were born again you were a sinner, but after you accepted Jesus Christ as your lord and Savior you will become a new person and start to fallow god's ways.
