something like that I would wait upon God to help me by guiding me or showing me one way or another. I learned sometimes to listen to the gut feelings but in this case you said no gut feelings then it would have to be God guiding me

Throwing a coin is good.
If the decision is that difficult to make then you are just as likely to be right by flipping a coin as by any other method.

Business studies have shown that such a strategy on difficult decisions can actually be more efficient.
Heavily studied difficult decisions tended to average less than 50% best choices and quick decisions saved valuable resources instead of wasting them on the decision process.
Coin flippers were also more likely to monitor their decision and change it quickly if it was wrong. It seems that they had less emotional need for their decision to be right.

So flip away, you will likely be right half of the time and that beats the averages.

I think fast when I have to and nuke the problem out as best I can in the time allotted. The rest is go on past experience. Always remember that usually the reason you are making the big decisions is because you are considered to be the most likely to succeed. I am not afraid to make educated guesses. It isn't any fun. Sometimes the decisions concern thousands of dollars a minute, but you were hired to do the job and you have to do it. All you can do is your best. You know when you have done your best.

I tried the coin thing once and ended up in North Carolina. It was fun but I hated it.
The coin flip was instigated by a dart throwing contest where both my husband and I threw darts at a map. I got North Carolina and he got Montanna. The coin flip won North Carolina.

The question was we wanted out of New Mexico but didnt know where to go.

Where am I now...back in New Mexico

The moral of this story is decsions are usually not as big as people make them out to be so dont sweat it. Good or bad choice learn from it and move on.

Mum always said "if you dont know what to do - do nothing". This is ok in certain cercumstances. Me? Mostly I'd just go for it. If something goes wrong, then at least you tryed, and now you know for next time and can pass on your knowledge to others.

I will pray that God will help me to see that the best decision may not necessarily be the most logical decision, which i would be more inclined to make.

I have never not had a feeling one way or the other. It has been close at times, but I have always had a slight leaning.

I ask for help to my parents and my siblings or my therapist. Maybe one of them has gone through what I have gone through and could answer my questions. If your problem is related to your religion ask your priest, reverend, etc.
