I got a job offer in NYC, I live in NJ--married no kids. How this will change my taxes?

Go here for some handy estimators: http://www.paycheckcity.com Basically you'll pay taxes at the higher rate of the two states. If you move to The City, you'll also pay the City Income Tax.

In a way you will be taxed as two. But in NYS you will only be responsible for the difference between any NJ tax you pay and what the NYS tax would be.
