A verse in the musical Les Miserables, but a good one nonetheless.
God is love and to love another is to shine the face of God. Unconditional love is the power of God within us. To be able to truly love unconditionally is very hard since we as humans put conditions on everything.
So yes, To love another person is to see the face of God.

Most definately!
6 months ago I was holding my 5 month old daughter up and looking into her eyes. I felt so much love that it was over whelming.
I then saw a very vivid image of GOD with Jesus sitting on his right. There was a path to his thrown and angels on both side.
I can tell you I am now a changed woman!
GOD'S eyes are amazing! They were like the brightest beams of light I have ever saw but soothing and peaceful to look at.

[Pray] is what you eat,and to say your prayers is to make a [hail marry] [hail storms] [number one] or a [our father] [they staff] [number two] what is a word? but the name of a person,place or thing and no mater how you brake it up water is water and staff is staff so the dust we walk on and the water we wash with need only God to make flesh there is no more thats it.

Now that you see what they did to the word and the word was God and [God] is this word [bacterium] the only thing that can take water and dust and make flesh just a small [bacteria] that multiplies 10 times over at 98.6 and when it fall to the water and everything was just right it fermented and from that ferment did God put air and in that air so did the mist of Gods spirit rise and come back to the dust and bring life to everything for his small movement in the dust did make a void and fill it with love and spirit.

happened to me during and after Hurricane Katrina
also made an atheist out of me
the "believers" ignored those in need, and the sinners were mostly the good Samaritans
see also Bible story where the "ungodly" person sees the face of god and does right thing

If you truly love someone and can feel your souls connect, you've felt true unity, and are in a way connected with God, because once you realize you can be one with another, and are, you realize we all are one, including God, and in a way, we all are God.

No, I love my husband, children and various others dearly but do not believe in any deity...
If your belief equates a deity with love, for you it may feel as if you are seeing the face of your deity in love, but for others who do no share your belief it isn't true for them..

if its in the scriptures, believe it...i only know that God advises us to love one another...but to see his face by doing it , i dont remember any place in the bible which says that....also i know that no man can see God face to face, as Moses requested, for he shall die ..because we are sinful...until Jesus returns to take the righteous home where we will see him face to face...God bless
