If there is a treatment facility that is able to handle your daughter's specific medical need then you would be able to go to that base. If you or spouse are thinking about requesting order there then I would check ahead and see if they are equipped to handle your specific medical needs before you or your spouse (whom ever is the AD personnel, perhaps both of you are) even bother contacting the monitor. Good luck to you!! I hope you can get the treatment where you want to go. I have never personally been but everyone who I have spoken too (even if they hated the idea of going) loved it once they got there!!

IF you get approved( and I have no idea if you would) the only base would be Yokosuka. none of the other Navy bases have a hospital on base capable of handling such a condition.

if your family falls within that program the navy should be making sure there is the facilties there for you. you have to be within a certain mileage of a facilty in order for you to go to a certain duty station.
