sounds like what I always pack in my lunch, except you may want to add a granola bar or an apple for an afternoon snack...

OK our lunches sound almost exact except I have some other additions. I have included a 100 calorie pack of cheese nips because I absolutely need some crunch. I also have some cucumbers cut up that are soaking in rice vinegar, water, salt and pepper. It is a quick easy and delicious veggie to do. Have an awesome lunch!

The night before you take this lunch, fill your water bottle about 1/4 to 1/3 full (half full, if you're in a really warm area where it'll be over 90 degrees Fahrenheit) lay it on its side in the freezer, and let it freeze overnight. Just before you leave, fill it the rest of the way with water and pop that into your lunch. It'll keep your lunch cool for you and give you ice water to drink with lunch.

You may want to add something salty to your proposed menu. Crackers work, as do peanuts or other nuts. Bumps on a log are fun, too. Mix a little butter or margarine with some peanut butter and spread that in celery stalks. Put raisins in the peanut butter. Put two stalks, PB side together, and wrap them tightly with plastic wrap. This keeps them neat in your lunch bag until you're ready to eat them.

Pack separately some lettuce and tomato to add to your sandwich. Some carrot and celery sticks would give you a serving of veggies.

How about some yogurt for dairy. You could mix the strawberries in it if you like.

Add salad to your sandwich, make sure it is whole grain bread.

Have some low fat yogurt or unsalted nuts to snack on in afternoon

Add cheese to the sandwich and pack a granola bar, and don't forget your napkin!
