I am currently experiecncing the same thing.....I have been for over a year now with no explainable cause. I have tried injections, Phys. Therapy, Swimming therapy, hot tub and electric heat and massage. some of these would help for a minute or two afterwords but the pain would come back and sometimes even worse. I have finally broken down to having surgery..a scope to see if he can find the problem. Question; does your shoulder sometimes feel like it is falling in and out of joint? Mine does...he told me he may have to disconnect my ligaments and muscles and tighten them....Not really thrilled with this, but I have tried everything else. was there a reason, like an injury to your shoulder? or did it just come on suddenly? You need to see a Orthopedic surgine and hope he/she can help you.

swimming can help. But you really need to see an orthopedic doctor. A frozen shoulder does not go way without medical intervention.

Swimming does help. Try it, its made some peeps that I know feel a whole lot better. Just get some rest, and work your shoulder a little bit till it gets better. Hope I've helped!

If you are not diabetec and if you have normal spine and shoulder joint, probably the condition is myofascial pain syndromes in muscles around the joint. This can be relieved overa period by injecting the culptrit muscles and relieving pain.
