Attacking people in general then ask to open their minds isn't very open minded.
I'm a non-Christian & do not Evangelize. As do many other religions. I've repeatedly advised when someone wanting to adopt my path to take a good look at the advantages of their faith before they turn their back to it.

"on the Christian spectrum, the Bible is the be attentive to God and each thing else devil is in touch some how. on the Atheist spectrum, not something exists and each thing comes and is going with none afterthought." partly incorrect and frequently incorrect "yet many Buddhist, Pagan, Ba'hai, and distinctive different ideals that at the instant are not Christian nor Atheist" Buddhism isn't a faith, i won't be in a position to assert something approximately the different ones you point out simply by fact that i'm blind to those, yet Buddhism is a lifestyles-style and not a faith and for that reason isn't unique to atheism or maybe Christianity "Its like a greater colors of gray than black and white like many fundamentalist Christians and hardcore Atheists tend to be." Sorry it particularly bothers me while people do not use its and that is precise, as a effect you desire to apply that is And particular there are, so what's your ingredient? This feels like much less of a query and greater a protracted-winded fact the reason i'm agnostic is as a results of the fact I understand not something might nicely be shown, a hundred% for particular, and not using a shadow of the doubt i elect to maintain an open recommendations and entertain those opportunities, in spite of the undeniable fact that narrow Others are greater particular of their convictions and have chosen their direction in lifestyles, each guy or woman has guy or woman reasons for doing so and there is no person time-honored reason you ought to furnish to all people

Kind of agree with Scott B here, but mainly because you have made a very sweeping general statement including all Christians Athiests and Non-Christians (basically everyone) and saying they all bash others... Check my profile, check my answers, I am an Esoteric Christian Mystic.

G.K. Chesterton once said that an open mind, like an open mouth, does have a purpose: to close upon something solid. Otherwise it could become like a city sewer, rejecting nothing.

I do attack, but I never impose.
I have a very open mind. Although I don't believe in god, if evidence is provided I will change my mind. That is the big difference between atheists and theists. Theists refuse to consider a universe without god, atheists will believe whatever the evidence points to.
Ray:
"what's wrong with a closed mind?"
Thanks for proving my point Ray.

Sure. Just out of curiosity, when was the last time an atheist told you that unless you change your belief you were destined for everlasting hell together with Falwell?

If by that you mean why do I dispute the rubbish that other people ask in their questions, then you need to understand that what I am doing is defending my view that they are wrong. The attack was the question.

I think most of us on here are simply defending our beliefs, not necessarily imposing our beliefs onto others.
if your opinion is swayed by something someone said on here, then you didn't have a very strong opinion.

Therefore proving you are close minded. You are stating everyone is close minded except you.
Then again maybe you are right because that statement is attacking your belief.
