Can someone be whipped by a girl there not even going out with, and if you can is it bad?

hell yeah, she can have you wrapped around her little finger and get you to do stuff because you hope if you do she'll go out with you. its even worse than the normal version!!
if this is you, ask her out soon. if she says no, stop it!

Only if you're an idiot. Don't be a fool. First get with the girl, then get whipped. At least then you'll have something to get whipped over. And if you're the kind of guy who would be whipped by a girl you're not going out with, I'll bet you that she wouldn't like a guy like that.

lol Yea you can and a girl can be whipped by a guy when she isnt with him lol but it all depends on how you see it sometimes it can be good sometimes it can be bad. it bad when it is obvious that your whipped and they start using that as an advantage

I dont see why not, being whipped has mostly to due with your overall attachment you have to a person and how far youll go to do something for that person.
There were plenty of times I would wait on my crush (within reason) to ask me to do something for her and snatch it right up! Its normal. Your just trying to win said person over.

hell yeah and it depends if you don't mind being bossed around. It's up to you on how you're being treated.
I must ask:
Why would a person even want to be "whipped"? It's not really something to be proud of, it's more pathetic and embarrassing if it were me.
