YES -- they WILL be in trouble -- of the SERIOUS FELONY KIND ... and I know this being a Florida Resident myself.
First of all -- since both are Adults (and of legal age) .. then YOUR parents report that you are Missing ... where they suspect you are, give a description, and yes, DEMAND prosecution on the following counts:
1. Interference with Parental Custody
2. Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor
3. Statuatory Rape (especially if you and your Boyfriend are sleeping together),
4. The Father for allowing it to happen will be charged as an Accessory to the Rape,
5. They both will be forever marked as "SEXUAL PREDATORS" ... and that has a tremendous impact on where they can live, what types of positions they can hold and they will NEVER be free of being watched, on parole or anything else for the REST of their lives ...
And this is among the charges that can be filed.
IF I was your parent, I would immediately GO to the Police, file the report, give the police your picture/description, allow access to your medical records, and yes, DEMAND That the Boyfriend AND his Father be PROSECUTED to the FULLEST EXTENT of the LAW!
Right now ... let me say this -- you are currently in your Hormonal Rages and teen years ... WAIT!!!! Do NOT do something STUPID like move in with a boyfriend underage .. that is just wrong.
LISTEN to your parents -- they DO care ... you just do NOT hear their caring .. and that includes the caring through the RULES in the home that they set so that you will have the BEST opportunity in life in the future.
YOU at this time can't see beyond the moment -- THINK! Do you think that without an education, young, pregnant (or soon to be) that this boyfriend is going to be around later after the baby is born .. or that he will want to marry you or provide child support or anything else? Do you think that they are altruistic (giving of themselves) in "Offering" to house you at this time? NO ... it is PREDATORY in nature .. and that is for sure.
TAKE your time, sit down, LISTEN and RESPECT your parents, and for your OWN SAKE -- FINISH YOUR EDUCATION before you settle down and find a lifetime mate for yourself. YOU are only asking for disaster with your current plan -- and that is for SURE ....

I'm sure you could get them into trouble if you took off to their house.
You need to work things out with your family. What would happen if you and your boyfriend broke up then where would you go? I know things seem great with him, but how do you know his place would be better than yours.
Think it over before you make any rash choices.
Good luck

You're 16 and if you think you're old enough to live with a boyfriend and his father, why wouldn't you be old enough to work things out at home? What is the problem at your home?

yes, they would get into trouble even thou they didnt kidnap you that is wat it would be considered because if someone runs away from home if they go to someones house the people are either suppose to call their parents or the police, because if your parents call the police they can press charges againist ur boyfriend and his dad.

ooooooooooh yes, they sure could go to jail. and if you do run and go there i hope they spend loads of time there.
also if you decide to run. keep in mind the fine foster care system that's in place for nasty little runaways.....
you think you have it hard now.... wait until you reap the benefits of the foster care system.....
