Is there a distinction between men & women when it comes to integity? I believe not.

Integrity is not a matter of gender, it is a human quality, one that is possible for every one of us.
Even more than fear of retribution by God to keep me honest, is just my very deep conviction that honesty IS the best policy.
Even in awkward situations, where fabrication might make it easier, there is a skill to being honest while still maintaining the pride of dignity of the others concerned.
A firm belief in reincarnation and karma is also great stimulus to behave with ethics.
I figure what goes around comes around so best be decent.
However, these days, it does seem that those with almost no ethics at all run the show, doesn't it?

Certainly. It may be painful at times, as when he has to tell someone that he is not interested in another person, or in being intimate with that person. But honesty really is the best policy. However, silence is often the best response to awkward questions.
A man who would have real integrity does more than simply tell the truth, he keeps his promises. That is, he does not make a promise unless he fully intends to keep it, no matter what the cost to himself.

Yes a man can possess integrity fully. There may be temptations along the way but it is entirely possible and more common then we may think.

I am with the yes's. Integrity doesnt mean always being right or always doing the right thing. It can also be striving to do the right thing, failing..admitting it...learning from it...and doing it better next time.
If you have enough humility to to do that..then yes, it is .
By the way...not just a male can possess....us ladies have plenty of integrity, too!!

absolutely nobody man or woman has complete integrity, but that's okay as long as you realize where you lack integrity that allows for workability.
