She would be having an affair with Kermit, and Cookie would find out, and everyone on Sesame Street would be having frog legs for dinner. Then again, they may really love each other, and have pink and blue fur balls that eat cookies like pigs from a trough. Yuch!

If the Cookie Monster married Miss Piggy they would not have children. Kermit would seek revenge for his loss of Piggy and that would lead to a historic space time continuium rip that would lead to the destruction of all time, but ultimatly restoring the fabric to the momment Cookie and Piggy first seeing each other except this time Kermit would get in the way causing everything to completly change thus proving that your question does not exist.

In the Chinese version of Sesame Street, there is a charater called "Hu Hu Zhu ." He is literally a blue furry monster with a pig's face.
